Show was delayed by an hour and a half because the ring could not be loaded into the 3rd floor venue (eventually brought in over the rear roof).
But once the action begain, the fans who waited patiently at the Packhouse were not disappointed and discovered very quickly that it was all worth the wait, as Ring of Honor Superstars invaded GOUGE Wrestling. It was a night to remember...for many reasons.
* Mickey Gambino w/ Count Grog opened up the night of action by pinning Caleb Conley in a fast-paced, action thriller.
* GOUGE's Raleigh Heavyweight Champion, Otto Schwanz w/ Admir Al Akbar beat The Goat.
* The GOUGE Tag Team Champions, The "Boogie Woogie Man" Rob McBride & Seymour Snott defeated Corey Havoc & Joey Janela w/ Andre Adonisy. After the match, El Santos Claus came to the ring and gave Andre a present...a dust pan, that El Santos took back and hit Andre over the head with, sending Adonisy to the mat and out of the ring.

The show started with a Parade of Champions - all the GOUGE champs paraded around the ring with their belts.
*In an "Open Challenge Match" for the Vacant GOUGE Junior Heavyweight Championship, Mickey Gambino pinned the Goat in a match originally billed between Redman w/ Steve Diamond and The Goat. Goat and Redman battled nearly the entire match until Mickey entered the ring from the back, attacking Redman and throwing him to the outside of the ring. Gambino then powerbombed The Goat to win the vacant title. View Match

*Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. finally got a decisive win over Sean Alexander to become the NEW GOUGE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, despite the presence of Admir Al Akbar at ringside. Sean had previously won the title on April 17, 2010 from Seymour Snott, holding the title for over 18 months straight. View Match
*North Carolina Champion Damien Wayne pinned Vordell Walker in a "Trick or Treat Weapons Match" to retain the NC Heavyweight Title. These two once again put on a "Match of the Year" Candidate. View Match

*In the opening bout, Baron Von Fox (transformed from "The Green Beret" Fox) w/ Andre Adonisy, pinned new "Diamond Exchange" member: Redman.
*Otto Schwanz successfully defended the Raleigh Heavyweight Title, pinning Lou Marconi w/ Count Grog, after the Otto Splash.
*Jimmy Jack Funk Junior beat Gluteous Maximus. After the match, Funk was attacked by Otto Schwanz. After a few moments of extra curricular action, Funk gained an upperhand, delivered the big boot, dropped the leg, and pinned Schwanz too. The Raleigh Title was not on the line in this impromtu "match after the match".
*In the Main Event, the GOUGE Tag Team Titles were on the line when the Champions, Bad Romance (Mickey Gambino & Frank Stalletto) took on the team of Seymour Snott and The "Boogie Woogie Man" Rob McBride. At the end of the match, Seymour connected with the famous "Snott Drop", but after the referee reached a two-count, the bell rang, signalling that the match time-limit had expired. The result of the match as a Time Limite Draw. After the match, Stalletto and McBride battled throughout the Amphitheater crowd and all the way to the stage.
*As Ring Announcer, Joe Allen began to make the important pre-match announcements, former GOUGE Ring Announcer Steve Diamond made a suprise return to GOUGE Wrestling! Diamond, dubbing himself as "Showtime" Steve Diamond, announced that he had purchased a Manager's License and would be representing a stable of young, up and coming wrestlers that would be a part of what he called: "The Diamond Exchange". *GOUGE Tag Team Champs: Bad Romance (Mickey Gambino & Frank Stelletto) w/ Count Grog & Andre Adonisey successfully defended the titles against Redman & The Green Beret, Foxx. After the bout, Foxx attacked Redman, which prompted a save by Vector. Steve Diamond appeared interested in possibly managing Vector and the three men walked back to the dressing room together. *In the MAIN EVENT, Seymour Snott beat Gluteus Maximus in a Roman Gladiator Death Match. During the match, there were four "Centurians" at ringside in the form of Mike West, Rob McBride, Frank Stelletto, and Mickey Gambino. Count Grog also made a guest appearance to watch this one from the front row. It was a wild one on the inside and the outside of the ring, and who knows what will come out of this encounter as we look forward now to the big one in Wake Forest on the 29th of October at MAUL-A-WEEN. *Up next, The Boogie Woogie Man, Rob McBride lit up the crowd with a victory over the Tag Team Title Co-holder: Mickey Gambino (w/ Andre Adonisy) Adonisy's interference proved to be the downfall of Gambino.
*Jimmy Jack Funk, Junior defeated Lou Marconi (w/Andre Adonisy). For the second time in the same event, Adonisy's interference backfires.
*Otto Schwanz successfully defeated Seymour Snott to retain the Raleigh Heavyweight Championship. (After the bout, Marconi and Gambino hit the ring and the three men triple teamed Snott. Arriving on the scene to save Snott from permanent damage was Funk and McBride.
*In the Main Event, a six-man tag match was featured when Otto, Gambino, and Marconi, who were all accompanied by Admir Al Akbar and Andre Adonisy, lost to Jimmy Jack, Boogie Woogie, and Seymour Snott.

Seymour Snott executed his patented "Snott Drop" to gain an impressive victory over "Gluteous Maximus". Not pleased with the outcome, "Gluteous" challenged Seymour to a rematch at the next event. "Commissioner" Grog appeared to inform both competitors that they would face each other at the next event in a "Roman Gladiator Death Match". (view match)

* Sean Alexander once again left the arena with the GOUGE Heavyweight Championship around his waist, after he and Jimmy Jack Funk, Jr. battled to a Double Countout. This fued continues to build as niether man has won a clear cut victory in 2010 over one another. At Winter Wars 2011 on February 19th, both men were disqualified with the Title on the line. To help matters, Commissioner Grog has announced that Alexander will defend the title against Funk again at the next event, but this time it will be a Lumberjack Match. But not just any Lumberjack Match, as the ring will be surrounded by Carolina Rollergirls. (view match)

"FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE" Damien Wayne def. Vordell Walker; New Champion: Damien Wayne
* In the Main Event of the evening, GOUGE North Carolina Champion, Vordell Walker battled former titleholder, Damien Wayne. The match was billed as a "Falls Counts Anywhere" match, in which there wold be NO COUNTOUTS and NO DISQUALIFICATIONS. The pinfall or submission could take place anywhere in or out of the ring, and the title was on the line!! At one point in the match, the action spilled to the outside of the ring, where Walker backdropped Wayne through a table!! Both men connected with several high-risk moves throughout the match. The end came when Vordell missed a flying splash from the top rope. The oppornistic Wayne then followed up with a piledriver, covered Walker for a three count, and walked out of Apex as the winner and New North Carolina Heavyweight Champion!! Damien Wayne becomes the third N.C. Champion to win the belt twice. (view match)
* Count Grog came out following the National Anthem to announce that he was no longer "Managing" wrestlers and that he would fulfill the position of GOUGE Commissioner from this point forward. "The Imparsario of Fun" then led the crowd at the Butner National Guard Armory in the "Macho Man" Randy Savage's famous "OH YEAHHH!!", in an effort to pay tribute to Savage's passing just a little more than 24 hours earlier.

Show notes, another packed house with 200+ fans paid. The show opened with Commissioner Count Grog having a confrontation with Smart Mark Greene over wearing a dress as his gimmick, when Grog said as long as Greene was in GOUGE he's wear a dress, Grene left the building. He later appeared as Fidel Castra claiming he was not Smart Mark Greene, Grog allowed him to change gimmicks because of the originality involved. After Brawny Garvin was pinned in the tag match he argued with Pimp Daddy Cash and Fidel Castra came out and spoke with Garvin and the left together. Cash was formerly Luther Thesz and debuted his new gimmick at the show. Wrestling Legend Ragin Bull Manny Fernandez was at the show signing autographs.

He announced he would become commissioner, he was interupted by Smart Mark Greene and his stable with a lawyer who claimed it was illegal how Grog had made Greene wear a dress for 6 months now, Grog worked out a stipulation if Big Daddy Edwards beat Seymour Snott for the GOUGE title he could get out of the dress. Also He announced he got a letter from Rusty Allen who sold the contract of Jimmy Jack Funk Jr to Neil Sharkey. Further weakening Greenes stable.
